A matcha sourcing brief for cafés
Start with the drinks you serve
Tell us whether you are serving straight matcha, hot lattes, iced lattes or blended drinks. Include the milk or plant-based drink, sweetener and matcha amount in your recipe. A sample trial in the finished drink helps your team decide which product to discuss.
Estimate monthly demand from your recipe
For planning, multiply grams per serving by expected monthly servings, then divide by 1,000 to get kilograms. For example, 2 g × 100 drinks per day × 30 days = 6 kg per month, before waste or recipe trials. This is a calculation example, not a recommended dose or a minimum order.
Plan packaging and service
Share how many locations will use the matcha, the preferred pack size and expected use per opened pack. Ask for the selected product’s storage instructions, shelf life and lot information before placing an order.
What to include in your enquiry
Send your delivery country and city, first order quantity in kg, monthly forecast, drink recipes, preferred packaging and requested delivery date. Sample availability, price, MOQ, export feasibility and freight require individual confirmation.
